Contact me via telephone, text or email and we can have a brief, informal discussion about your requirements. We can cover any initial questions and decide whether an assessment is right for you.

Assessment

Assessment

An assessment usually takes upto 1 hour and is an opportunity to discuss your reasons for contacting, including your needs, goals and expectations. We can then discuss the recommended treatment and available options of support.

Treatment

Treatment

Sessions usually last 30 minutes for Guided Self-help and 1 hour for CBT or Counselling. Whether you want to talk through your difficulties or have a more structured and hands on approach, I can adapt the therapy to meet your needs.

 

Your Therapist

An accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 12 years experience in mental health services and additional training in Supervision, Counselling and Guided Self-help.

Many of us go through ups and downs, or difficult life experiences, which can be hard for us to work through alone. I provide a confidential, relaxed and comfortable environment, to help you through this time in your life. I use evidenced based psychological therapies and support, in order to help you move forward and feel better able to cope. I have been described by clients and supervisees as very approachable and easy to get on with.
