An assessment usually takes upto 1 hour and is an opportunity to discuss your reasons for contacting, including your needs, goals and expectations. We can then discuss the recommended treatment and available options of support.
Sessions usually last 30 minutes for Guided Self-help and 1 hour for CBT or Counselling. Whether you want to talk through your difficulties or have a more structured and hands on approach, I can adapt the therapy to meet your needs.
